NO GI
OUR
METHODOLOGY
This modality offers an exciting and challenging journey, focusing on body control, intensity, and applicability in self-defense. In addition to improving your physical form, No Gi will enrich your overall understanding of Jiu–Jitsu.
By leaving aside the kimono, we focus on techniques that can be applied in everyday life, preparing you for any challenge that arises. It’s like bringing self-defense to the center of training, making classes not only useful but also super fun.
At No GI, our uniform is relaxed, with a lycra top called a rash guard combined with shorts or leggings. The methodology is adjusted based on the number of classes at each level, and you will progress from a second-degree white belt, ideal for those who already know the fundamentals of Jiu–Jitsu with the GI.
